Pour water into the percolator, insert the filter basket containing the desired amount of coarse ground coffee, replace lid and place over a medium heat. Hot water will be driven up the delivery tube onto the inside of the lid where it will drip over the coffee, extracting flavour as it circulates. The perfect strength should be reached in seven to ten minutes – further percolation may result in a harsh and bitter taste.

Avoid contact with acidic or salty foods that can damage the uncoated aluminium.

Foods kept for more than 24 hours in this product should be stored at temperatures below 5°C.
